RETURNS


You have 14 days to return your order from the moment you receive the package. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, with all original tags (including the sewn-in tag, logo tag, and the hang tag attached to the product), which must not be removed or damaged. If any tags are missing, damaged, or destroyed, an appropriate amount will be deducted from your refund. The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you, including the original packaging.

Once we receive your package, we will refund your payment within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by you.


EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange a product for a different size or colour, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Just contact us by email through the CONTACT page (click here) – ustalimy szczegóły wymiany.

The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging.
If the requested size or variant is available when we receive your return, we will ship it to you as soon as possible. If not, we will issue a refund instead.

COMPLAINTS

If something happens to your product, you have the right to file a complaint. We have 14 days to process it from the moment we receive your parcel.

Please write to us at: shop@rebrandt.pl, providing your order number, a description of the defect, and photos showing the issue.
